Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle a diverse commercial portfolio of insurance claims
Advocate for clients throughout the claims process, ensuring fair and timely resolution
Prepare and maintain accurate records of claim-related communications and payments
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment
Identify and implement proactive measures to minimise the risk of claims

Preferred Requirements:

Prior experience in claims handling within an insurance broker or similar environment
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and terminology
Proven track record of managing complex claims
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Insurance industry certifications, such as Cert CII (training support provided by the business)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
