Our client is a well-established Financial Services business based in Central Harrogate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Advisors and Financial Planners. This position requires excellent communication and numeracy skills.
Duties
- Update and maintain accurate client records
- Liaising with policy providers, and processing new business applications, fund switches, income withdrawal requests and seeing these through to completion
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance, including filing and record management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a financial administration role
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
