Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Services Administrator to join our clients' dynamic team. Our client is a well-established Financial Services business based in Central Harrogate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Advisors and Financial Planners. This position requires excellent communication and numeracy skills.

Duties

  • Update and maintain accurate client records
  • Liaising with policy providers, and processing new business applications, fund switches, income withdrawal requests and seeing these through to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Handle administrative tasks related to finance, including filing and record management.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a financial administration role
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
