Salary: 27-35,000 DOE

A forward-thinking architectural studio in Harrogate is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team. This design-led practice is known for delivering imaginative yet practical solutions across a range of residential and commercial schemes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in technical delivery, working closely with architects and clients to ensure the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Requirements:

  • Several years' UK-based practice experience
  • Strong residential sector background preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
  • A practical, proactive approach to problem solving
  • Confident communicator with team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction
  • Provide detailed technical input during design development
