I'm working with a long-established and respected regional law firm to find a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dedicated team based in Harrogate.

We’re looking for a skilled conveyancer to handle all aspects of residential property work from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities include: • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters in line with quality standards and compliance requirements. • Providing timely, accurate, and professional advice to clients, keeping them informed on progress and costs. • Using the firm’s case management system to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency. • Building strong relationships with clients and external organisations as part of the firm’s business development strategy. • Supervising and mentoring conveyancing assistants, ensuring their development and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational ability, and proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Proclaim. Teamwork and a positive, respectful approach are essential.
