Legal 500 Firm!About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (or a highly skilled Paralegal with significant commercial property experience) to join a well-established and highly respected Legal 500 practice based in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly, collaborative, and professional environment, offering exposure to high-quality work and the chance to develop your career within a leading regional firm.You will join a friendly, specialist Commercial Property team, handling a varied caseload and working closely with clients.Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and development transactions.
  • Acting for a wide range of clients including landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documents.
  • Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
  • Assisting senior members of the team on complex transactions.
  • Supporting business development activities and contributing to the growth of the department.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property, or an experienced Paralegal with a strong track record in this area.
  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in commercial property work- open to lower level
  • Strong technical knowledge, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused, commercially aware, and able to build strong professional relationships.
  • A team player who is also confident working independently.
