Conveyancing Paralegal – Harrogate
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Our client is a friendly, supportive, and professional law firm based in the heart of Harrogate. They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their reputable Residential Conveyancing Department.
The Role
In this fast-paced position, you will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, mortgages, and Home Equity Release Plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a wide range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Providing clear, expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting searches, and overseeing the financial aspects of transactions
- Attending Networking Events to proactively market the firm’s services and to contribute to bringing in new business

Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ Conveyancing Paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload independently
- A proactive and approachable manner, with a genuine focus on delivering excellent client service
