Are you someone who loves bringing order to chaos, creating beautifully presented documents, and helping people feel supported from day one?

We're looking for an experienced Team Administrator who is calm, capable, and ready to be the steady hand in a tight-knit and collaborative office.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys being at the heart of a team, and is confident using Microsoft Office tools to make life easier for everyone. • Working with spreadsheets and trackers to keep everything organised and flowing
  • Helping to streamline how we work by documenting and following standard operating procedures
  • Juggling multiple priorities with calm focus and clear communication
  • Supporting the wider team with whatever’s needed — we all lend a hand, whether it’s deliveries, the dishwasher, or documentation

You know to priortise tasks effectively, stay calm under pressure and you are reliable, calm, and adaptable. You enjoy working closely with others and lending a hand wherever it’s needed, and you notice the small things that keep everything on track
