Site Manager (Freelance) - Harrogate
PSR Solutions are working with a leading main contractor to recruit a Freelance Site Manager to support their project delivery team across a range of commercial and mixed-use developments.
Role Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities on site.
Ensure that key project milestones and completion deadlines are achieved.
Manage and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on a daily basis.
Monitor site operations to ensure work is progressing in accordance with project specifications, programmes, and quality standards.
Carry out daily site inspections to uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Coordinate the timely delivery and efficient use of materials, equipment, and plant.
Identify and address any site issues or risks, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Report and escalate any significant problems to the Site Manager, assisting in the development of solutions.
Requirements:
Previous experience working for a main contractor across commercial, industrial, education, or public sector projects.
Valid CSCS/SMSTS card & First Aid
Full UK driving licence required.
