Reach Optimisation Specialist

Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Reed are currently partnered with an industry leader in the digital communications sector, looking for a talented ROS to join their team on a 6-month FTC (with potential to be extended). 

The role:

You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel media campaigns for a diverse catalogue of clients. Leveraging the latest digital platforms to drive tangible results.

The day to day:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital media plans across Google Ads, Meta and other paid social media platforms.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding and practical application of the latest features and best practices within these platforms.
  • Integrating digital strategies with traditional media channels, including broadcast (TV/Radio), ambient, and outdoor advertising.
  • Analysing campaign performance, providing insightful reports, and making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, media owners and suppliers.
  • Contributing to the strategic growth and development of the media planning and buying function within the agency.

What ticks the boxes:

  • Minimum of 3 years in this role or similar within an agency environment.
  • Full conversancy and demonstrable expertise across key digital platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
