This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to work autonomously in a hands-on role.

Role Overview: As the stand-alone Payroll Officer, you will oversee the complete monthly payroll process for approximately 300 employees. This includes managing payroll from start to finish, processing starters and leavers, and handling various changes and payroll adjustments with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for running the monthly payroll function for 300 staff.
  • Process and verify starters, leavers, and payroll variables such as pay adjustments, bonuses, or deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with current payroll legislation and internal policies.
  • Respond to and resolve payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, such as HR, where required to ensure payroll accuracy.
