- Collaborate closely with our accounting, audit, and tax teams, with occasional administrative support as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls for a diverse client base.
- Ensure clients remain fully compliant with statutory obligations, including PAYE/NIC, pensions, and other legal requirements.
- Operate and manage payroll processes using BrightPay payroll software.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and proven experience in payroll processing.
- Exhibit high levels of computer literacy and confidence in using various software tools.
- Deliver outstanding client service and work effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
- 4+ years payroll experience.
- Previous experience in a similar position within an accountancy firm.
- Experience processing client payrolls.
- Experience working also multiple payrolls.
- End to end payroll experience.
- Strong systems and computer skills.
- Personable and good communication skills.
