About the Role

Recruit UK are working in partnership with a growing, forward-thinking financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join their dynamic team in Harrogate. Operating at the heart of the wealth management and investment platform sector, the business delivers innovative and integrated solutions to private clients, advisers, and institutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing client review packs with up-to-date valuations, policy information, and costs and charges.
  • Requesting and chasing plan information from providers and updating IO systems
  • Producing comparisons on investment propositions and assisting with research
  • Processing new business applications and liaising with providers to ensure timely completion
  • Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance with FCA rules and company procedures
  • Collaborating with advisers and support teams to deliver excellent service to clients
