Recruit UK are working in partnership with a growing, forward-thinking financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join their dynamic team in Harrogate. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing client review packs with up-to-date valuations, policy information, and costs and charges.
- Requesting and chasing plan information from providers and updating IO systems
- Producing comparisons on investment propositions and assisting with research
- Processing new business applications and liaising with providers to ensure timely completion
- Maintaining accurate client files and ensuring compliance with FCA rules and company procedures
- Collaborating with advisers and support teams to deliver excellent service to clients
