This role is working in a small Fine Dining restaurant looking after 12 to 15 covers with a very strong focus on amazing service levels to match the exceptional food on offer..

You will be working closely with the Head Chef and your small FOH team.

Multi rosette standards/experience are a must.. matched by amazing attention to detail.

Own transport is required due to location.

Salary up to 32,000 + Gratuities
