My client is looking for a bright personality to join the team, to support in both Purchase Ledger and Credit Control, and gain further exposure in Management Accounts and the month end process.

My client is looking for a bright personality to join the team, to support in both Purchase Ledger and Credit Control, and gain further exposure in Management Accounts and the month end process. My client is an expanding SME who are well known for providing a friendly work environment, and providing employees deserved flexibility.

Description

  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Multiple payment runs a week
  • Credit Control
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Stock Reconciliations
  • Assisting Management Accountant with monthly and quarterly reporting duties

Profile

  • Have gained relevant experience in a similar Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Purchase Ledger or Credit Control position
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress, work hard, and gain exposure into management accounts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Experience with Xero or Sage is advantageous but not essential

Job Offer

  • Generous salary up to 28,000
  • Hybrid working (3 days on site/2 days at home after training)
  • 37.5 hour working week
