Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join an established law firm in the Harrogate area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with reception experience to join a friendly and supportive company.

What will you be doing?

The Receptionist is responsible for

  • Meeting and greeting clients and being face of the firm.
  • Offering and making beverages.
  • Taking payments in the office or over the phone.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Managing appointments (booking/rescheduling/cancellations).
  • Taking calls and messages.
  • Some typing work to assist where required.
  • Copying documents/having clients sign documents such as ID or receipts.
  • Retrieving documents from safe storage upstairs such as Wills/LPAs etc.

What skills are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 18 months experience of working within a similar Reception role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
