About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a both a highly successful business and team. Our client is looking for an experienced client accountant.
About the Responsibilities:
- Dealing with client queries around their business mainly Tax and Accounts
- Preparing Accounts up to Trial Balance Stage to be passed on to Accounts Finalisation Team
- Develop excellent relationships with clients
- Dealing with HMRC when required mainly to reconcile the Accounts or missing payments etc. Not required to deal with client investigations.
- Chase & Check Client Data for completeness
- Preparation & submission of VAT Returns
- Preparing client Self Assessments
- Preparation & submission of corporate Tax returns
- Dealing with Payroll & CIS
- Assisting with Accounts Finalisation
- Understanding client needs and introducing them to other teams mainly value-added team for Eg Mortgage, Tax Investigation Cover, R&D claims, management Accounts. Ongoing training and support to be provided.
- Contract Revisions - Ability to Identify Bad client or non-profit making client
- Client Tax Review Meetings
- Good Knowledge of Money Laundering
About the Applicant:
- 2 years of experience working in accounts
- Should be able to communicate in Romanian and English language
- Latest knowledge of Tax Legislations and Accounting World
