167 Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing and respected financial services client based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking for strong support, a high volume of quality leads, and flexible working options.
We are seeking advisors who can join immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide expert mortgage advice to a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, remortgages, and buy-to-let investors.

Advise clients on protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

Manage the end-to-end mortgage process from fact-find to application and completion.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Keep up to date with mortgage market changes and lending criteria.

Quality client leads provided.

Full support for case processing, administration, and compliance.

Flexible working arrangements - office, remote, or hybrid.

Employed salary plus bonuses or self-employed commission-based options.

Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) - essential.

At least 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor.

Knowledge of a wide range of mortgage products and protection policies.
