Profile:

Our client holds a large client base amongst resident-controlled estates, managing a portfolio of over 7,000 homes predominantly situated in London and the Home Counties. With 45 years of experience within the property management industry they take an extremely amount of pride in their services with two thirds of their blocks continuing the partnership for over 25 years

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promptly responding to maintenance requests from on site management
  • Regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
  • Communicating with management and residents regarding maintenance schedules and updates.
  • Keeping inventory of necessary supplies and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance / lighting issues
  • Carry out any touch up paint work in communal areas within the buildings, as and when required
  • Carry out regular checks and maintenance
  • Ensure all tools are maintained and kept securely, only used by authorised personnel.
  • Basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing communal leaks so they don't get worse, unclogging drains outside).
  • Minor Electrical repairs (e.g., replacing bulbs, resetting magnetic door access).
  • Painting and touch-ups for common areas.
  • Basic carpentry tasks (e.g., repairing doors, adjusting closers).
  • Resetting hardware (e.g, CCTV, broadband).
  • Routine maintenance tasks such as assisting in the day to day running of building - including taking bins out once a week
