ISO Coordinator Location: Harrow (hybrid 1 day/week after 6 months)Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

A great opportunity has opened up for a process-driven administrator to join a small, collaborative team focused on operational quality and continuous improvement.

This newly created ISO Coordinator role will see you supporting internal processes, helping maintain ISO standards, and assisting with audit preparation. It's ideal for someone confident with documentation, coordination, and comfortable learning how systems work and how they can be improved.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with internal procedures and document control
  • Helping prepare for and follow up on internal audits
  • Liaising with department heads to implement process updates
  • Tracking non-conformances and follow-up actions
  • Recording training compliance and ISO records
  • Supporting team meetings and external consultant engagement

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ year of admin or operations support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisation
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in systems/processes
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with ISO frameworks or audit prep
