Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily and weekly food preparation for the general kitchen, catering to a large number of pupils.
- Assisting in the fine dining restaurant, preparing high-quality dishes.
- Supporting the senior team in planning and preparation for a variety of special events.
- Assisting with stock control, portion control, and minimizing wastage.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with:
- Experience in banqueting or contract catering.
