Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Sous Chef, for a beautiful Michelin Star Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Marylebone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional cuisine.
• Implement a refined sharing concept and contribute to the progressive kitchen approach.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations and maintain oversight.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold the culinary vision, delivering European/Mediterranean flavours with finesse.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sous chef or similar role in a michelin star restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills within a kitchen environment.
