Sales Branch Manager HarrowSalary:  Basic £25,000  (DOE) + OTE £50,000 - £55,000+ Car or Car allowance Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead their prestigious estate agency in Harrow. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to take charge of a high-performing team, driving success in the sales of premium and upmarket properties while providing exceptional service to clients in the local area. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily meetings, set clear targets, and motivate the team to meet KPIs
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Manage property listings, valuations, and negotiate sales to deliver high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance through regular one-to-one meetings, coaching staff to achieve their full potential
  • Ensure that the branch adheres to all industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with vendors and buyers to ensure a seamless property transaction process
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer level or higher
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong business acumen, including experience in developing and executing business plans
  • Ability to assess market conditions and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
