- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer level or higher
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong business acumen, including experience in developing and executing business plans
- Ability to assess market conditions and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
