Our local authority client based in North West London are urgently seeking an experienced Repairs Complaints Coordinator.

*£20 - £22 an hour Umbrella

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complaints (Stage 1, Stage 2, and OB cases)
  • Tracking and maintaining complaints records on an Excel tracker
  • Writing, investigating, and resolving complaints effectively
  • Handling maintenance inquiries and supporting surveyors/contractors
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
