Our local authority client based in North West London are urgently seeking an experienced Repairs Complaints Coordinator.
*£20 - £22 an hour Umbrella
Responsibilities:
- Managing complaints (Stage 1, Stage 2, and OB cases)
- Tracking and maintaining complaints records on an Excel tracker
- Writing, investigating, and resolving complaints effectively
- Handling maintenance inquiries and supporting surveyors/contractors
- Providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills
