Are you an experienced financial administrator with a background in St. James’s Place (SJP) systems and procedures? Our Partner Practice in Harrow is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support our team in delivering exceptional client service and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a key member of our support team, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth administration of client cases from submission through to completion. Working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support while adhering to SJP and FCA compliance standards. This role offers development opportunities with full study support toward financial services qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new business processing, including applications for pensions, investments, and protection
  • Liaise with clients, Advisers, and SJP Head Office to ensure accurate and timely completion of cases
  • Maintain and update client records using SJP CRM and other approved platforms
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups
  • Track pipeline business and support the paraplanning team with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure all records and processes are compliant with FCA and SJP standards

About You:

  • Experience in a financial administrative role within a regulated financial planning or wealth management environment
  • Familiarity with SJP systems and procedures is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about progressing your career in financial services (study support provided)
