What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with Financial Advisers and senior Paraplanners to support the advice process
  • Assist in writing suitability reports and conducting in-depth research across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Use SJP-approved systems and software to prepare accurate documentation and maintain compliant records
  • Be a trusted point of contact for advisers and administrators, helping to ensure smooth client journeys
  • Stay current with FCA regulations and financial planning trends

What We’re Looking For:

  • Working toward or part-qualified in a Level 4 Diploma (such as the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
  • Some experience in a Paraplanner or technical support role within financial services
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team
  • Previous SJP experience is a plus, but not essential
