Work Schedule: 7 shifts across 4 days (3 doubles, 1 single) 3 days off
Operating Hours: 8 am 11 pm (restaurant closes between lunch and dinner)

Capacity: 110 covers with terrace and Private Dining Room (PDR)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our clients team fat a beautiful 1 Michelin Star Mediterranean restaurant. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in upholding culinary standards, contributing to the overall excellence of the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional cuisine.
Support the implementation of a refined sharing concept and contribute to kitchen innovation.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of kitchen operations and provide oversight as needed.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a chef or similar role in a Michelin Star Restaurant.
