Key Stage 1 Teacher Role:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the KS1 curriculum
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom where all children feel supported and motivated to succeed
Use effective assessment to guide, challenge and celebrate pupil progress
Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
Contribute to school life beyond the classroom, supporting events and initiatives that reflect school values

Key Stage 1 Teacher Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (placements welcome for ECTs)
Good knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and evidence of effective classroom practice
Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to making a lasting difference in children's lives
