Duties:
Collaborate with the Chef Patron in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients and the best British seasonal produce
Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with Michelin aspirations
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability with Food Alert & Alert 65.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience.
Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a high-end, fine dining kitchen.
The Senior Sous Chef will have:
Proven experience in a role at Michelin Star establishment or at least 4 AA rosettes is essential.
Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Immaculate presentation and communication skills.
Thrives under pressure, handles challenges with calm and clarity.
Is hands-on, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to raise the bar.
Fluent in reading and writing of the English language.
