Year 3 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Harrow on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026.

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, supporting pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations, curiosity, and independence in learning.

The school is a friendly and inclusive primary school in Harrow, known for its supportive ethos and strong sense of community. The leadership team is approachable and committed to staff development, providing structured support and mentoring, particularly for ECTs.

To be considered for the role of Year 3 Teacher you will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve QTS
• Suitable for Early Career Teachers or experienced teachers
• A positive, reflective, and committed approach to teaching
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• QTS
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service

As Year 3 Teacher you will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the Year 3 curriculum
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Creating a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
