The Role

• Position: Teaching Assistant (General/Classroom Support)

• Location: Harrow, North West London

As a TA, you will provide crucial support to teachers and students across various departments. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of classroom resources.

• Working with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to reinforce learning and raise attainment.

• Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those with English as an Additional Language (EAL).

• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and nurturing individual who:

• Holds a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to apply for one through Protocol Education).

• Is eligible to work in the UK.
