- Providing technical expertise on disrepair cases, and maintenance concerns.
- Offering guidance and support to Harrow residents, including those who may be vulnerable, challenging, or in distress.
- Assisting colleagues across all levels within Asset Management, contributing to the delivery of Technical Services.
- Strong understanding of the diverse communities in Harrow and the impact of repair services on residents.
- Proficiency in IT applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, with familiarity in repairs database systems such as Northgate.
- Solid knowledge of building repairs and the significance of cyclical maintenance.
