We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a passion for property law to work on a diverse portfolio of residential and/or commercial property matters.
You will play a key role in managing transactions from instruction to completion, advising clients, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
----------------------------------------Key Responsibilities- Handle a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents
- Conduct title checks, due diligence, and land registry applications
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Provide clear, practical legal advice on property law matters
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and anti-money laundering requirements
