Candidates should ideally have experience with Probate, Trusts, and relevant taxation, and a private client qualification such as STEP or SFE is preferred.

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - 3 PQE+HARROW, MIDDLESEX£50,000 - £65,000QED Legal is working on an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor and to join a well-established and top tier law firm in Harrow.The role is a Private Client Solicitor role which offers good structure for progression and development in a successful team on hand. The role will involve managing a caseload of a wide range of areas, including Wills and estate planning, Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, personal taxation, Trusts and Trust administration and with a supervisory element to the position.The ideal candidate must:

Have +3 years post-qualifying, in relevant area of practise
Be experienced with handling a caseload including Probate and Administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax.
A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE would be ideal, or working towards
