Our partner is a welcoming and thriving two-form entry primary school located in the vibrant community of Harrow. They pride themselves on providing a rewarding and inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their best.
We are looking for a confident teacher to join their team starting in January 2026 to lead a delightful Year 2 class.
- Position: Year 2 Class Teacher (Full-Time, Maternity Cover)
- Start Date: January 2026
- Location: Harrow, North West London
- School Type: Mainstream Primary School (Two-form entry, Islamic faith basis - Applications are warmly welcomed from applicants of all faiths and none.)
What We're Looking For
We need a dedicated and experienced professional who can seamlessly integrate into the school's structure and maintain high standards of teaching and learning for Year 2 pupils.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (KS1), ideally Year 2.
- Exceptional classroom management and organisation skills.
- The ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that adhere to the National Curriculum.
- A committed team player who can build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
