We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our wonderful school in Harrow, starting in September 2025. This is a part-time, permanent position for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to helping children develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will work with a class of curious and motivated students, guiding them through a range of subjects in line with the National Curriculum. Your role will involve creating engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment. The position is part-time, allowing for a good work-life balance while still making a significant impact on our students' educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.

• Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to pupils and parents.

• Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support the wider school community.

• Maintain clear communication with parents and carers, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's progress.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in primary school, ideally with Year 3 students.

• Passionate about creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
