Office Administrator /Receptionist
Harrow, Middlesex
£25,000 + Pension + Private Medical
If you are an Office Manager / Receptionist with good all-round skills then this role will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting in the office with a wide range of administrative tasks
- Meeting and greeting visitors in the reception area and announcing their arrival
- Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
- Maintaining stationery supplies and placing orders for new stock requirements
- Co-ordinating office phones and equipment for staff working from home
- Managing requests for repairs of maintenance requirements and allocating work to contractors
