- Coordinate seating plans, special requests, and VIP ticketing
- Work closely with event organizers, marketing teams, and venue management
- Ensure compliance with ticketing policies, security measures, and company regulations
- Assist with promotional activities related to ticket sales and audience engagement
- Maintain and update the ticketing system, troubleshooting any technical issues
- Experience in box office operations or a related customer service role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
