In this role, you will oversee the box office team, manage ticket sales, and coordinate seating arrangements while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the box office, ensuring smooth and efficient ticket sales
  • Train, support, and manage box office staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Handle inquiries, customer complaints, and ticketing issues professionally
  • Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting for ticket sales
  • Coordinate seating plans, special requests, and VIP ticketing
  • Work closely with event organizers, marketing teams, and venue management
  • Ensure compliance with ticketing policies, security measures, and company regulations
  • Assist with promotional activities related to ticket sales and audience engagement
  • Maintain and update the ticketing system, troubleshooting any technical issues
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in box office operations or a related customer service role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in ticketing software and payment processing systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of event management and audience engagement strategies (a plus!)
