About the Role
Join Ipsos as a Part-Time Receptionist, where you will be central in providing a warm welcome to clients and visitors while managing various administrative tasks in our reception area. Working with our facilities team, you'll ensure that Ipsos maintains its reputation as a leading global market research company. This role is essential in supporting our team and creating a positive experience for everyone walking through our doors.
About You:
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in AI tools and applications
- Detail-oriented and welcoming attitude
Essential Skills:
- Receptionist experience
- Administrative and secretarial proficiency
- Customer service excellence
- Efficient task management in a busy setting
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with facility management
- Previous work in multinational firms
- Knowledge of modern office equipment
