OurcustomerareanestablishedM&EservicesProviderworkingacrossanumberofsectors,andwithintheirFacilitiesManagementdivisionoperateanumberofaccountsacrosstheUK.Duetoatransferbetweenaccounts,theycurrentlyseekaTechnicalServicesManagertobebasedatoneoftheirflagshipbuildingintheMiddlesex/NorthWestLondonarea.WorkingonaMonday-Fridaybasiswithsomeflexibilityrequiredfor7-dayperweekcoverage(viarota),theyarelookingforsomeonetoleadtheirteamofmulti-skilledengineersacrossa24/7site,drivestandardsanddeliverabest-in-classservicefortheircustomer.Guidelinesalarybandingfortheroleiscirca70-80,000basic,alongwithacar/travelallowance,andstandardbenefitsincludingpensionandhealthcarepackage.Inadditionandunusuallyforamanagementposition,therolealsoofferspaidovertime.Someofthekeydeliverablesinthisrolewillinclude:
  • Implementplansandactionsthroughleadershipskilltoidentifyanddeliveradditionalworkopportunitiesandtechnicalsolutions
  • ProvidetechnicalguidanceandsupportasrequiredtoensureMechanicalandElectricalsystemsaremaintainedtoahighstandardanddefectsareswiftlyidentifiedandrectified.
  • Effectiveco-ordinationofavailableresourcestoachievetechnicalandinnovativesolutions.
  • Leadtheteamtoachievesustainabilityobjectivestoimproveenergyconsumptionthroughoperationalenhancement,whilstseekingoutefficienttechnologiesandscopingproposalsforconsideration
Prospectivecandidatesmustbefullyqualifiedinelectricalormechanicalengineering,ideallythroughafullapprenticeship,andwithatleastfiveyearsdedicatedexperienceasaTechnicalServices/EngineeringManagerwithincommercialFMandBuildingServices.Alongwithcoretechnicalqualifications,additionaltrainingsuchasHV/LV/MechanicalAPstatus,F-Gas,L8,etcwillallbebeneficial.
