As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for the effective management of the company’s day-to-day operations under the group umbrella and direct the management teams in an efficient and respectful manner, whilst maintaining their budget goals and agreed projects, properties, and departmental standards and productivity. You will work closely with the executive team to implement effective operational strategies, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.

Personal specification:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, preferably within the Greater London area• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field• Strong knowledge of property management principles, regulations, and best practices• Possess excellent product knowledge and keep updated with the competitive market and new developments and trends in the market• Possess excellent management skills and able to manage relations and situations with other managers, partners and suppliers• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude• Be passionate and committed, a team player, vibrant, energetic and fun, highly motivated and able to motivate
The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of ÂŁ45,000 to ÂŁ65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
