We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our valued clients covering west london areas.

As QS, you will support the commercial team in managing cost, value, risk, and contract compliance for key elements of the project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a nationally significant scheme with long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support monthly valuations, cost/value reconciliations and forecasting

  • Prepare and assess applications for payment and payment certificates

  • Assist with risk and value management processes

  • Liaise closely with the construction and site delivery teams

  • Administer subcontractor packages and supply chain agreements

  • Draft contractual notices and correspondence

  • Track and report commercial performance, budgets and cash flow

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civils groundworks

  • Excellent understanding of NEC contracts and cost control processes

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Proficient in preparing commercial reports and payment certificates

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or working toward RICS/CICES accreditation
