We are seeking a TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR to join my clients growing team. My clients are a long established and market leading estate agents based in Harrow's town centre. We are looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator with a desire to deliver exceptional results, to join their friendly team. You will need to be self motivated and able to work to targets within a fast paced, professional environment. If you have an interest in estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. You will need to be smart, articulate and own or have access to a car.    Key Responsibilities for the TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR role:Conduct property viewings and work towards negotiating offersMaintain regular communication with vendors, ensuring high levels of customer serviceGenerate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client follow-upEnsure all sales comply with relevant legislation and company policiesHandle administrative tasks and maintain accurate recordsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressureA positive attitude and a team playerGood knowledge of the local property market is an advantage (but not essential)A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essentialWhat We Offer:
