ASB CoordinatorHarrowTemporaryFull TimeWe are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Resident Services - ASB Coordinator to join the Housing team at a Local Authority in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on the local community by tackling anti-social behaviour and supporting safer neighbourhoods.THE ROLEAs an ASB Officer, you will be responsible for the investigation and enforcement of anti-social behaviour across the borough in line with legislation and local policy.
  • Conduct investigations and take enforcement action against ASB in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provide guidance and support to Housing Officers on low and mid-level ASB cases
  • Liaise and work in partnership with external agencies to enhance community safety
  • Prepare statements of evidence and attend court to support legal proceedings
  • Draft legal notices, fixed penalty notices, and warning letters as required
  • Deliver professional, expert advice to residents, stakeholders and Council Members
  • Contribute to strategy and policy development to reduce ASB in the borough
THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar ASB enforcement role within a local authority or related setting.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of ASB legislation and enforcement procedures
  • Experience investigating and managing ASB cases, including preparation for court
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Competent IT skills and the ability to use standard systems and technical databases
THE CONTRACTTemporary – 3 monthsHybrid working availableThe pay range for the role is £25.00 to £27.00 per hour LTD company rate.
