SANZA Teaching Agency is partnering with a three-form entry primary school in Harrow seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support to children in Key Stage 2 with a range of special educational needs. This full-time role begins in September 2025 and continues through the academic year, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As the SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties

  • Assist in implementing tailored learning strategies both inside and outside the classroom

  • Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to support individual learning plans

  • Foster communication skills, independence, and positive social interactions

  • Help maintain a nurturing and structured learning environment
