The OpportunitySANZA Teaching Agency is working with a three-form entry primary school in Harrow, seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with autism on a 1:1 basis. The role will begin in September 2025 and run through to Christmas initially, with strong potential to continue for the full academic year.

As the 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support a KS2 pupil with autism in accessing the curriculum and managing transitions

Help build communication and social skills in line with the child's EHCP

Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, and external specialists

Promote a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment

Experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally autism
