Sonic Summary

A growing independent practice in Harrow is seeking a RICS-qualified Surveyor to conduct Level 1 surveys, including homebuyers and building surveys.
The position offers a full-time remote working arrangement with a salary range of £45,000 to £55,000, and an OTE of £60,000 to £70,000.
Successful candidates will receive additional benefits such as bonuses, a monthly car allowance, and 33 days of annual holiday.
Applicants must have AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualifications, be a RICS Registered Valuer, and possess relevant surveying experience.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required, with local area knowledge considered advantageous.

They are ideally looking for a RICS-qualified Surveyor to join their team in the Harrow area to carry out Level 1 surveys - homebuyers and building.

Working hours:

Full time
Remote working basis

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

£45,000 - £55,000 Basic
£60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Surveyor requirements:

AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
RICS Registered Valuer
Experience in Surveying
Full UK licence and access to own car
Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous
