A young, ambitious and successful Adviser, his plans include additional Advisers and support staff in the next 12 months, then in due course, a second office. His vision is to build an engaging team, creating a relaxed, positive environment and culture and in doing so, allow his team to share in the rewards. With over 300 clients (mainly Company Directors and HNW), the focus is on providing a personal and quality service, across investments, pensions and protection, with technology embraced to improve efficiencies.Working from fabulous rural offices in North Teesside, flexibility and hybrid working will also be on offer for this full-time, Executive PA role. You鈥檒l support this Adviser in a variety of ways:-路 As the first point of contact, provide an outstanding client experience路 Accurate processing of business路 Complete basic client review letters路 Telephone dictation of meeting notes路 Ad-hoc client withdrawals路 Update and maintain CRM路 Use of Calendy to book service meetings in advance路 Adopt a pro-active approach with the Adviser, to chase outstanding work路 Liaise with external paraplanners路 Support external Consultant with social media strategy路 In the future, train and develop less experienced support staff, where required

Candidate Requirements:路 Experience of supporting a Financial Adviser, on a one to one basis路 PA experience is advantageous路 Knowledge of investments, pensions and protection products路 Competent IT skills, Salesforce and Calendy experience is desirable路 An interest and understanding of social media路 Confident and capable individual, who thrives on responsibility and can work alone, at times路 Outgoing and engaging personality路 Professional and image conscious路 Keen to play a pivotal role in a growing business

Benefits:

路 Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm路 Hybrid working, after initial period路 Holidays: 25 days plus stats路 Pension: 5% / 5%路 Bonus: Annual Discretionary
