Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate individual cases effectively.

• Work closely with families and professionals to support service users.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Provide reports and updates as required.

Person Specifications
Must Have

• Experience in case management or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.

• Eligible to work in the UK with all necessary checks and clearances.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with local government or councils.

• Familiarity with NEPO procedures and documentation.
