Baltic Recruitment is seeking a MIG Welder for a manufacturing client, requiring proven experience in MIG welding and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Candidates should be time-served fabricators who can work independently or as part of a team.
The salary ranges from £13.47 per hour for low experience to £16.57 per hour for highly experienced specialists, based on the level of expertise.
The position involves 37.5 hours per week, primarily during standard hours with some shifts subject to customer demand.

Salary Dependent on experience:
Hours are 37.5 p/wk. Mainly 07.30-4.30 M-Th and 07.30-11 Fri. Some shifts with customer demand may revert to 6-2 or 2-10 though this is atypical. Shift premiums would be added onto basic rate.
