Temporary Finance Business Partner Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Providing high-quality financial advice and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Engaging with internal stakeholders at operational and strategic levels to optimise financial management.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Interpreting complex financial data to help colleagues understand financial implications.
Playing a key role in strengthening financial controls and procedures.
Assisting in financial risk management activities to safeguard organisational assets.

Competitive hourly rate, paid on a weekly basis.

Temporary Finance Business Partner Experience

Proven Finance Business Partner, with experience gained in a complex organisation.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
Project accounting experience.
Familiarity with financial management tools or ERP systems.
Experience supporting financial decision-making within a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills, especially with MS Excel and financial reporting systems.
A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Based in South Oxfordshire, with on site parking free of charge.
